Returns

 

Returns are accepted only in cases where required under Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • personal preference

  • dissatisfaction after purchase

  • incorrect size, colour, or style selection

  • ordering errors

Please choose carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 


Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, colour, or style, a new order must be placed separately.

 


Handcrafted items


All our products are handcrafted using natural materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or finish may occur. These natural characteristics are an inherent part of the handmade process and do not constitute defects, faults, or grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

 


Damages and issues

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a clear description of the issue

  • photographic evidence where applicable

Each case will be individually assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

 


Refunds (faulty or incorrect items only)

 

Refunds are issued only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
